God is not so stupid to create and preserve a language just so fallible people can mess up the message of the divine Logos.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re just trying to market language as a subjective experience of interpretation to get others to buy into words as mere abstractions then just remember your communication may get lost in the translation. #selfrefuting<\/p>\n

We are so skeptical that often we are looking for a message behind the message when all along the simple truth of the gospel is right in front of us.<\/p>\n

Our unintelligible universe is so mathematically precise that it simply adds up that such a non-entity couldn\u2019t have been a Mathematical genius.<\/p>\n

You may say that God is beyond the scope of science but the inferences of the microscope and telescope imply He is near.<\/p>\n

There is essentially no place for indecision with Christ as you are either for Him or against Him. You make the choice, and not choosing is a choice you’ve \u00a0already made against Him. #choosewiselygrasshopper.<\/p>\n

Matthew 12:30<\/p>\n

30 \u201cHe who is not with me is against me, and he who doesn\u2019t gather with me, scatters.<\/p>\n

Jesus gave it all so that we might have it all and it\u2019s a shame when we are unwilling to share in allowing others to go without.<\/p>\n

A sobering reality begins to set in just moments away from exiting this life and will your last words be recorded as a glorious departure or a dreaded doom?<\/p>\n

I’ve never been a fighter nor do I like confrontation. I\u2019d rather run from it than face it but sometimes certain matters as the gospel are so important that self-preservation becomes an enemy which you have to stand up to and fight against, #chooseyourbattles<\/p>\n

Preaching the gospel is like risking your life by entering a burning house to rescue strangers.<\/p>\n

I’ve told others that I love Jesus more than them and I hope that also includes myself.<\/p>\n

Pascal’s wager is worded for those who would wager on the receiving end of salvation as given eternal life but how about those who are on the giving end of missions as to include eternal rewards rather than having everything burned up, 1 Corinthians 3:11-14.<\/p>\n

It’s hard to fight darkness when you\u2019re in it.<\/p>\n

We are a walking people always moving about expending energy but where is it all leading us? Hopefully, it’s in pursuing God\u2019s will and not an endless treadmill of activity leading to nowhere having the appearance of productivity without an eternal destiny.<\/p>\n

Looking at ourselves in the mirror is about self-consciousness in checking that everything is in place and that there is nothing there that shouldn’t be there before we make an appearance and how much more should we examine our hearts and lives before the presence of a holy God? After all God doesn’t care about your face; all He wants is a heart of a worshipper that seeks His face.<\/p>\n

You can only give what you’ve been given.<\/p>\n

When you come into my house even the walls preach the gospel and display the glory of God.<\/p>\n

Have you ever seen one of those pictures where one thing is in focus and everything else is fuzzy and that is like selfishness as we put the most important thing clearly in view which is usually ourselves while everything else around us is blurred out.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re alive or should I say living in Christ than witnessing should be a part of your spiritual DNA<\/p>\n

Some have lived in allowing life to please themselves while others were pleased to give their life to please others, #jesuschrist<\/p>\n

I have an inspector coming to look over my home to see what\u2019s wrong and that is what God does as He inspects our lives and shows us what needs to be fixed and then He gives us the tools we need to get the job done. #sanctification, #bornagain<\/p>\n

Asking what came first, the chicken or the egg, is like questioning if the cause, God, should precede the effect, the universe.<\/p>\n

Selling a house is like the gospel as there are a lot of lookers and a few who may even consider an offer but in the end there is only one buyer.<\/p>\n

How can you influence earth\u2019s culture with heaven if you are so earthly minded?<\/p>\n

Even among God\u2019s covenant people there are competing altars for truth.<\/p>\n

Religious commonality is about a common God creating a common man with some common truths, that\u2019s all, quit trying to oversimplify the matter in thinking all religions are common. #commonsense<\/p>\n

When playing with the grandkids they wear me out with the phrase, \u201cjust one more time grandpa\u201d, and yet God desires to spend one more time with us, as He never wearies when we pursue His presence.<\/p>\n

A fathers fear is hoping that the little hand he holds now won’t be a fist of defiance one day nor the little lips he kisses a means to speak curses against him. A fathers concern is whether the arms he once picked up will be the same arms to push him away or the little feet that used to rush towards him to someday run away from his presence. The father\u2019s pain is when the discipline of a child is the only thing they remember as forgetting all the benefits of the father\u2019s goodness and love. Sadly, this has been the case for many a parent and how is this any different when we reject a Heavenly Father who lovingly cares for us? #apostate, #prodigal<\/p>\n

I’ve had everything, everything, but the one thing I lack and long for is heaven, just heaven.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d rather live in poverty and give it all than hoard it and lose everything.<\/p>\n

It’s sad, but there have only been a few people in my life that really liked me and God is one of them.<\/p>\n

In biblical times certain names were very common so the one thing that identified you was your father\u2019s name. A lot of people would like to call God their Father but claim His name in vain as He will say to them, I never knew you? #who\u2019s your daddy?<\/p>\n

How we treat our spouse and others can be a barometer to our relationship with God, 1 John 4:19-21.<\/p>\n

Some people like to use the hard truth like a hammer and chisel to break people while others gently use their hands of clay to form truth in their hearts. One destroys while the other builds up.<\/p>\n

My granddaughter can’ t really talk yet but she knows enough to shout out the name of Jesus unashamedly in the public square of a supermarket and some may cringe to hear the name spoken through the mouth of babes thou few would shudder to hear the misuse of the Lord\u2019s name in vain. One is proclaiming heavens praise while the other the curses of Hell. #Whatsonyourlips<\/p>\n

If all religions are true then essentially it\u2019s because they are all really false. #Not<\/p>\n

You know you’re doing something right as a Father when your daughter says I want to marry someone just like my Daddy. What\u2019s a mystery is when a Father does most everything right yet the daughter rebels against Him. We cringe to imagine such disrespect towards our earthly fathers but don\u2019t give it a second thought when it\u2019s Father God.<\/p>\n

I heard something distressing today as a pastor said that if we denied Jesus before men that we\u2019d be denied; then gave an altar call with a show of hands with no one else looking up or around, #what?<\/p>\n

Some people don’t know to handle nice and they\u2019re skeptical in saying it’s just an act but perhaps that\u2019s only because it\u2019s true about themselves.<\/p>\n

We’re experts on other people’s problems but novices when it comes to of our own vices. #logintheeye<\/p>\n

Living with my daughter reminds me that the days when kids were to be seen and not heard is now over #lol<\/p>\n

Is it possible just to have a spring and winter festival on separate days for secular people to celebrate the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus while allowing the rest of us to celebrate our faith uncontested?<\/p>\n

Looking for job I often get rejection notices that they’ve found a more qualified or suitable candidate for the position and that\u2019s often how the world has viewed Christ\u2019s r\u00e9sum\u00e9 as a Savior.<\/p>\n

We think that the worst sins deserving of Hell are those perpetrated against other humans but minimize the greatest sin of all in rejecting the God of Heaven.<\/p>\n

To be unconvinced of the biblical diagnosis of sin and its remedy is risking ones life in hopes that it\u2019s not fatal, #pascalswager<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re not satisfied with your life then maybe you should forsake your faith of unbelief in Jesus.<\/p>\n

Life is like a bunch of seashells that have been broken up by the waves of adversity but thank God He has a way of taking these shards and making beautiful jewelry from them.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ve heard it said, \u201cHappy Wife, Happy Life\u201d and this reflects a healthy relationship which otherwise could be overshadowed by the dark nature of a bad marriage as a \u201cHappy Wife, Selfish Life\u201d.<\/p>\n

Why should the word model become synonymous with outward beauty?<\/p>\n

When being around grandkids; be quick to hug and slow to make promises. As hopefully they\u2019ll still remember the former thou never forgetting the latter.<\/p>\n

A wrong note and false words are both harsh to the ears and neither edify the soul.<\/p>\n

When does rhyming take precedence over theological correctness when it comes to worship music?<\/p>\n

Why set people up to fail by looking to them for ultimate fulfillment as there\u2019s only one perfect person who can fill the hole of your soul, Jesus.<\/p>\n

The gospel is simple and we try to complicate it by adding to the equation in subtracting from its simplicity.<\/p>\n

As children become self-conscious that’s when the problem of sin really sits<\/em> in as selfishness is discovered. Then once they find independence that\u2019s when selfishness takes a bold stand<\/em>. It\u2019s not until a person becomes born again that this problem is finally laid to rest<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Galatians 2:20<\/p>\n

20\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.<\/p>\n

Have you ever heard someone say,” don\u2019t make a decision unless you’re in complete agreement”, and still a decision is being made to not make a decision as \u201cno\u201d mysteriously trumps \u201cyes\u201d when its comes to indifferences. #whosaid?<\/p>\n

A life given by God should be reflected in a name that glorifies God. Instead, it\u2019s all about aesthetics.<\/p>\n

When it comes to sexuality we have a tendency to see with our eyes rather than reason with what they\u2019re attached to.<\/p>\n

In a world that is becoming foreign to God many forget to stop, look, and listen; even thou daily we are at the crossroads of life.<\/p>\n

If you claim to be a Christian and Christ hasn’t changed your life; then it’s not Christianity.<\/p>\n

Nothing worse than a church that is beautifully orchestrated by the Holy Spirit only to be interrupted by our own programs and agenda as the service becomes off-key.<\/p>\n

Is our going in and out of the world\u2019s threshold more worn than the entryway to our prayer room?<\/p>\n

We have enough of our own trouble to concern ourselves with God\u2019s problems.<\/p>\n

When crying out for God to assist other people don’t be surprised if He whispers back for your help.<\/p>\n

We are called to be salt and light not to pour in the wound or to blind but neither to be neutralized and dusky.<\/p>\n

To say that there is a mathematical order to the universe implies a master Mathematician as it all adds up when math goes from random abstract numbers to calculations of genius proportions and accuracy.
